Prices

Double room / triple bedroom: Price per person and day incl. breakfast buffet. The local tax is NOT included.
Minimum occupancy in a double room is 2 persons.

Single bedroom:
Price per day incl. breakfast buffet. The local tax is NOT included.

Apartment:
Prices per day (for 4 persons). The final cleaning and the local tax are NOT included.

The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 7 days.
Short stay supplement between € 5,- and € 15,- per person and day.
Child discount by arrangement.

Arrival:
Please plan for the rooms to be available from 3 p.m. and reserved until 6 p.m.
If you arrive later than 18 o'clock please let us know.

Departure:
We request that you vacate your room by 10 am.

Non smoking rooms:
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Bookings:
Your booking is only valid in writing by e-mail, fax or letter
and becomes binding by payment of the deposit in the amount
of 30% of the total amount or the total invoice amount. 
For bookings of three rooms or more, a deposit of 50% will be charged.

Cancellation fee:
Finally, we would like to inform you about our cancellation fee:
30 to 15 days before arrival 30% of the total amount.
14 to 0 days before arrival 80% of the total amount.
In case of late arrival or early departure the whole,
booked stay will be invoiced.

Should you not be able to arrive - because the borders are closed, St. Anton is not accessible or your home municipality/city is in "lockdown", you can cancel free of charge until the day of arrival.

Should a travel warning be issued in your country apply to our region, which affects your travel period, and you would need to quarantine after your departure, your booking can also be canceled free of charge.

However, if our accommodation is accessibleand you do not want to travel due to the current situation, then cancellation costs will be incurred, unless it is a suspected corona case or confirmed case on your part or in the family, etc., this would then again be insured in the travel cancellation insurance. Please ask your travel insurance in this regard!

We would like to spare you unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore we recommend the conclusion of a Travel cancellation insuranceto make your vacation carefree. Here you will also find information in case you cannot start your trip in connection with Covid-19.
